Studio Quality is a multidisciplinary, independently owned design studio. Our work spans graphics and identity, products and packaging, websites and digital experiences, advertising and communications, and video editing and motion graphics.
As founders, we are the designers behind the work and the primary point of contact for every client. We believe the strongest results come from direct collaboration; working one-on-one with the people behind each brand and involving them throughout the creative process. This approach allows us to create design that reflects a client’s personality, experience, and industry resulting in work that feels intentional, original, and distinct; never templated or generic.
Si Eckhart is a graphic designer with seven years of experience combining technology and creative problem-solving. He began his career with five years in software and equipment sales before transitioning into a design role at a large software company, where he worked on marketing materials, social media, websites, software testing, and UI/UX design.
In 2020, Si partnered with Leonard La Paz to form Studio Quality, delivering thoughtful, modern design for businesses looking to stand out from their competitors.
Leonard La Paz brings a strong foundation in management, administration, and creative advocacy to Studio Quality. With experience overseeing operations and supporting organizational leadership, he plays a key role in guiding projects, coordinating workflows, and ensuring the studio runs efficiently.
Alongside his professional work, Leonard has been actively involved with non-profit organizations, advocating for community-focused initiatives and creative outreach. His background in personal art projects rooted in urban art and contemporary visual culture informs his perspective, blending structure with expressive creativity. In 2020, Leonard partnered with Si Eckhart to form Studio Quality, combining operational leadership and creative insight to support thoughtful, modern design solutions.
